At Abri, we believe everyone deserves a safe, warm, and healthy home.

We're looking for a Surveyor to join our Healthy Homes Team and help us make a real difference to the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. You will be covering West London and the surrounding postcodes (W, NW, SW, SE, HA, TW, UB).

This is more than a surveying role. It's about using your expertise to identify solutions, improve living conditions, and support customers when they need us most. Whether you're investigating building defects, supporting complex disrepair cases, or helping shape future investment in our homes, your work will have a direct impact on people's wellbeing.

As part of our Healthy Homes Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homes remain safe, sustainable, and fit for the future. You'll work closely with colleagues across the team and the wider business, combining technical knowledge with a practical and customer-focused approach to overcome challenges and find the right solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
