Surveyor Project Manager
Current vacancy for a Surveyor Project Manager to work within the planning and commission team for housing provider.
The role will involve delivery of planned works across various schemes including kitchen and bathroom replacements, building safety works and external painting.
Duties will include,
- Delivering building surveying and project management functions within Planning & Commissioning team
- Promoting a culture which places customers first and aims to deliver a high standard of service.
- Directly managing the delivery of capital projects and component renewal programmes.
- To manage, control and forecast programme budgets and expenditure.
- Undertaking stock condition surveys and options appraisals, throughout and other managed property portfolios.

Ideally you will have a HNC in building or construction and have worked within a housing organisation.
