Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management
Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Beach Baker is working with a growing and well-established commercial property business that is looking to appoint Surveyors to join its Property Management team in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property management professional looking to join a collaborative team and take responsibility for a varied portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets on behalf of a range of professional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong client and occupier relationships.
- Undertaking regular property inspections and preparing reports.
- Managing rent collection and arrears monitoring.
- Overseeing service charge budgets and associated expenditure.
- Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance obligations are met.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including licences and lease-related queries.
- Supporting lease renewals, rent reviews and other asset management initiatives.
- Assisting with the development and mentoring of junior surveyors and graduates.
- Delivering a proactive and professional service to clients.

About You
- Experience within commercial property management.
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience managing service charges and multi-let commercial assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Comfortable working within a collaborative office environment.
