About The Role
At Knight Frank, we advise clients across every stage of the property lifecycle, combining market-leading expertise with the strength of a global network. Our Commercial Valuations team provides valuation advice across a broad range of UK commercial property assets, acting for institutional investors, lenders, funds, property companies and private clients.

We are looking for a MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join our London-based Commercial Valuations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded valuer looking to further develop their career within one of the UK's leading property consultancies.
Working closely with senior colleagues and key clients, you will undertake valuations across a broad range of commercial property sectors throughout the UK, whilst playing an important role in the coordination and management of several major fund valuation instructions.
The Opportunity
As part of a highly respected team, you will be responsible for delivering valuation advice across a diverse range of commercial assets while acting as a key point of contact for a number of important client relationships.
Alongside valuation work, you will support the management of balanced fund instructions, working with Partners, Associates and Graduates to ensure exceptional service delivery and the highest professional standards.
This role offers excellent exposure to institutional clients, major lenders and nationally significant property portfolios, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and build their profile within the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Undertake valuations of commercial property assets across the UK for secured lending, accounting and advisory purposes.
- Support the coordination and delivery of major fund valuation instructions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Prepare clear, accurate and timely valuation reports.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support valuation advice.
- Monitor market activity, legal developments and wider economic factors impacting the property market.
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities to introduce clients to the wider Knight Frank service offering.
- Develop and maintain internal and external professional networks.
- Work closely with colleagues across Knight Frank to share market insight and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Support Partners, Associates and Graduates within the wider Valuation & Advisory team.
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards, Knight Frank best practice and valuation governance processes.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious property professional who combines strong technical valuation capability with a client-focused mindset.
You will ideally bring:
Qualifications
- MRICS qualified.
- Registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
- Full UK driving licence.
Experience
- Broad experience undertaking UK commercial property valuations.
- Strong understanding of secured lending valuations and valuation methodology.
- Experience working with institutional clients, lenders, property companies or funds.
- Familiarity with a variety of commercial property sectors.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in the wider property market.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple instructions and deliver to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
Systems & Technology
Experience of, or confidence using, the following systems would be advantageous:
- Argus Enterprise
- Argus Developer
- KEL
- MRI
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
