Surveys Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and detail-orientated Surveys Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, working 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This position is initially based at our head office in Poundbury. Once your training has been successfully completed, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis between our office and your home.

As a Surveys Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the business runs efficiently. Using our in-house IT systems, you will accurately input, maintain and organise data while supporting a busy and varied workload. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate survey work based on workload, skills, location, and client requirements.
  • Validate survey requests and ensure accuracy of information received.
  • Issue reports in line with client instructions and company procedures.
  • Complete Risk Quality (RQ) checks and manage reports through review processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Monitor surveyor submissions and support workflow improvements.
  • Resolve subcontractor queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the maintenance and distribution of client procedures, instructions, and templates.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedural updates.
  • Run client verification reports and resolve any identified issues.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Manage the client inbox and allocate new work as required.
  • Assist with testing processes and systems for new client launches.
  • Provide support through the technical helpdesk and email service.
  • Prepare technical documents and reports using business systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Meet individual performance targets and service standards.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage workload.
  • Support the wider team with additional duties as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
