We're looking for passionate Junior Sushi Chefs in our stores. As a Sushi Chef, you'll prepare high-quality sushi with consistency, ensuring every dish meets our standards for freshness, flavour, and presentation. You'll support smooth kitchen operations while keeping a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

We Have One Role Available
Junior Sushi Chef – Evening shifts, starting from 15:00 - 23:00
Role offer 20–35 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability
What We're Looking For
- Experience preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, rolls)
- Solid knife skills and attention to detail
- A passion for fresh, beautiful, high-quality food
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and consistency
- A positive attitude and a team-first approach
