Sushi Gourmet is recruiting a Part-Time Sushi Chef to join our team.
If you are:

- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products, each shift
- Accurately label products, ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Be organized
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients, and ourselves
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6:00 am some days
- Work over weekends
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
