WE’RE HIRING – HEAD CHEF | THE SUSHI CO.
As The Sushi Co. continues to grow across the UK, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of our journey.
We’re looking for someone who understands high-volume food operations, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about quality, consistency, training, and operational excellence.

As Head Chef, you’ll help us:
- Maintain and continuously improve our food quality and standards
- Develop and train our kitchen and sushi teams
- Support new store openings and our growing network
- Drive consistency across all locations
- Support menu development and operational improvements
- Champion food safety, efficiency, and our culture of Kaizen – constant improvement
