Job Description

Pure Data Centres is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support the business in responding to the increasing sustainability requirements of customers, investors, lenders, regulators, and strategic partners.

The role will act as the central coordination point for sustainability information, ensuring that accurate, consistent, and defensible sustainability data, disclosures, and performance information are available to support commercial growth, project development, and corporate reporting. Working across Sustainability, Finance, Legal, Development, Delivery, and Commercial teams, the successful candidate will help translate complex sustainability information into meaningful insights that support investment decisions, customer engagement, and business strategy.

As Pure continues to expand internationally and engage with increasingly sophisticated stakeholders, this role will play a critical part in demonstrating the company's sustainability performance, managing disclosure requests, and strengthening the evidence base behind sustainability claims and commitments.

    • Develop and maintain the systems, datasets, and supporting evidence that underpin Pure's sustainability reporting and stakeholder communications.

  • Reporting & Disclosure

    • Support the delivery of corporate sustainability reporting programs and external disclosures.
    • Help coordinate information required for key reporting initiatives, maintain supporting documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes as stakeholder expectations continue to evolve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
