Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Analyst to be based in London, UK.

This role owns sustainability data across the UK business, ensuring accurate, reliable information is available to report, make decisions and track progress against sustainability commitments.

Job Description

Sustainability Data Management

You will own sustainability data across the UK business, covering carbon, packaging, compliance and wider environmental reporting. This includes sourcing, cleaning, structuring and maintaining data from multiple systems, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring it is accurate, traceable and ready for reporting, analysis and audit.

You will build clear, repeatable data processes that reduce reliance on manual work and improve confidence in the numbers. A key part of the role is understanding how data flows through the business, identifying weaknesses and improving the way information is captured, managed and used.

Carbon Accounting & Modelling

You will use sustainability data to measure, track and understand performance across the business. This includes managing the UK carbon footprint, supporting Net Zero planning and identifying areas where action can reduce emissions or improve performance. You will also support sustainability reporting requirements across customer requests, internal reporting, compliance submissions and Net Zero tracking.

You'll analyse large and complex datasets, combine information from multiple sources and use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. The role requires someone who can go beyond reporting numbers and build a clear, evidence-based view of sustainability performance to support into wider business decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Event Marketing and Global Sustainability, you will coordinate inputs, track actions and help ensure projects move forward with clear data, ownership and accountability.

Stakeholder Management

Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across the business. You will work closely with data owners, suppliers and internal teams to improve data quality and resolve issues at source.
