Vita Coco
Vita Coco is the leading coconut water brand in the world, built on a simple idea: bring better-for-you, natural hydration to more people. Since starting in 2004, we’ve grown into a global business with teams in New York, London, and Singapore, and we’re now publicly traded on NASDAQ under COCO.
As a Public Benefit Corporation and Certified B Corp, we’re committed to supporting farming communities, sourcing responsibly, and building products that are better for people and the planet. We move fast, stay scrappy, and care deeply about doing the right thing.
We’re now looking for someone who’s excited to join a growing, purpose-driven company and help shape what comes next.

- Compliance: Support the business in tracking relevant UK and European sustainability reporting requirements and preparing information for compliance.
- Internal Communication & Impact: Help communicate and coordinate internal impact programmes, such as volunteering, product donations, and insight-led storytelling with our partner functions.
- Developing Our Sustainability and Social Impact Narrative: Support Category and Sales teams to create compelling ESG narratives using storytelling tools such as sell sheets and presentation materials for customers.
- Project Management: Support key areas of Vita Coco’s recertification process for third-party assessments such as B Corp.

- Champion ESG activity across the business, helping colleagues understand priorities, actions, and progress.
- Organizing charity partnership volunteering opportunities for colleagues.
- Support sustainability certification and assessment processes where required for B Corp recertification and ISO-related requests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
