Sustainability Consultant – Client Solutions
Location: London, UK
Role Type: Full-time
About Us
We are a pioneer climate tech company on a mission to accelerate decarbonization in real estate through data intelligence. We aren’t a traditional consultancy. We don't just sell static advice, we build and deploy an industry-leading sustainability data intelligence platform that powers real-world transformation.
Our London consulting team operates at the intersection of technology and strategic advisory, helping clients turn complex data into actionable investment strategies, regulatory compliance, and measurable impact.
Our growing global team of 100+ management consultants supports leading real estate investors in the definition and execution of their sustainability strategy.
The Role
We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant who thrives at the crossroads of tech, data, and client advisory.
You will work directly on top of our technology solution, serving as the critical bridge between our product capabilities and our clients' sustainability goals. You will manage day-to-day client deliveries, oversee data deployment, and help clients navigate the evolving climate landscape using our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management: Lead day-to-day project workflows, maintain delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality client communication from onboarding to final review.
- Data, Reporting & Investment Planning: Guide clients through data collection, voluntary/regulatory sustainability reporting frameworks, and asset scoring. Help clients convert platform outputs into clear investment and transition plans.
- Monitor Performance & Adoption: Track sustainability performance metrics across client engagements (e.g., monitoring the deployment of our data intelligence platform, asset scoring progress, and reporting readiness).
- Link Product & Client: Act as the direct bridge between our client stakeholders and our internal product/tech teams. Translate client feedback into platform insights and help clients get maximum value from our software.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
