Sustainability Coordinator

  • Hybrid: 4 days office-based - 1 day working from home

Our client is looking for a motivated Sustainability Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge in practice, gain hands-on commercial experience, and develop your career within sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of environmental and sustainability projects across the business.
  • Collect, organise, and analyse sustainability and environmental data.
  • Help monitor progress against ESG targets and customer requirements.
  • Assist with supply chain mapping and supplier sustainability assessments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Support initiatives around carbon reduction, food waste, and environmental improvement.
  • Work with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to gather information and support ongoing projects.
  • Keep up to date with relevant environmental and sustainability requirements.

About You

  • Recently graduated, or due to graduate, in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related subject.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within ESG and sustainability.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn.
