The Role
We’re looking for a Sustainability Co-ordinator to join our team at our Leeds Head Office.
Working closely with our ESG Manager and wider Technical team, you’ll help deliver Fullers Foods’ sustainability and ESG strategy across environmental and social workstreams. It’s a varied role combining project coordination, data and reporting, supplier engagement and compliance, with the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to our sustainability commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sustainability projects across environmental and social workstreams, tracking actions and milestones through to delivery.
- Support initiatives including food waste reduction and redistribution, carbon emissions reduction, community engagement and environmental improvement.
- Lead the collection and coordination of sustainability data from internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate reporting processes and support the production of ESG reports and dashboards.
- Manage sustainability information within customer platforms, including packaging, environmental and high-risk commodity reporting.
- Support supply chain mapping and ESG risk assessments across our supplier base.
- Monitor progress against sustainability targets, customer commitments and compliance requirements.
- Keep abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory developments and highlight potential impacts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues, helping communicate and champion sustainability initiatives across the business.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have experience within sustainability, ESG, technical or compliance, preferably within food, manufacturing or a supply chain environment. You’ll be comfortable working with data, coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical and detail-focused, but who also has the communication skills and enthusiasm to build relationships and help bring our sustainability agenda to life.
