Social Value Project Coordinator
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on-site for key workshops, remote for general delivery)
Contract Duration: Up to 12 months (Starting October 2026)
Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days/week)

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Value Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare leader. In this role, you will work closely with the Social Value Lead to drive key environmental, social mobility, and community impact initiatives, ensuring public sector and NHS commitments are effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate the adoption of internal Social Value guidelines across teams.
- Track and ensure the delivery of Social Value commitments embedded within public sector and NHS tender submissions and active contracts.
- Coordinate strategic volunteering initiatives and drive employee engagement across the organisation.

Data Analysis & Impact Reporting
- Lead end-to-end data collection, validation, and analysis to produce the annual Social Value Impact Report.
- Monitor progress against Social Value action plans and contractual obligations using analytical tools and interactive dashboards.
- Support the development of tailored, standardized Social Value impact summaries for external clients and healthcare partners.
Operations & Administration
- Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals, and financial payment processes.
- Maintain a central knowledge hub, including repositories, guidance materials, and communication resources.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience
- 3–5 years of practical experience within Social Value, sustainability, or community impact. Familiarity with UK public-sector procurement frameworks (e.g., National TOMs) is highly desirable.

Data & Analytics
- Strong confidence working with data—you enjoy interrogating and validating information from multiple sources to draw out meaningful insights rather than just administering it.
Dashboard Proficiency
- Familiarity with reporting portals and data dashboards (experience with tools such as the Social Value Portal is an advantage).
Project Management
- Proven ability to independently coordinate projects from planning to execution, keeping timelines, actions, and dependencies on track.
Collaboration & Communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships, follow up on actions, and communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences.
Tech Aptitude
- Comfortable using digital and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
