Sustainability Manager

Job Description

Are you passionate about turning sustainability goals into measurable results? As Sustainability Manager, you'll drive enterprise-wide environmental strategy, regulatory readiness, and emissions reduction efforts while partnering with teams around the world to advance meaningful change.

The Sustainability Manager helps CSafe deliver on the sustainability commitments our customers rely on. This role executes the company-wide environmental strategy, policy, training, and regulatory compliance, and manages the data and performance metrics that demonstrate progress against those commitments. By maintaining accurate, audit-ready environmental data and clear reporting, this role enables CSafe to meet customer sustainability requirements, respond to customer inquiries with credible data, and support the industry's shift toward more sustainable cold-chain packaging.

What You'll Work On

Strategy Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the organization on all matters related to sustainability.
  • Lead sustainability projects globally, engaging local team members regionally to achieve program goals.
  • Engage key internal and external stakeholders to advance CSafe's sustainability goals and policies.

Data, Metrics & Target Tracking

  • Track and report Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and manage progress toward CSafe's SBTi-validated science-based targets.
  • Coordinate Product GHG Inventory analysis across the product portfolio, partnering with external sustainability consultants as needed.
  • Manage key sustainability performance metrics and communicate results throughout the company.

Regulatory & Disclosure Readiness

  • Monitor, report and provide recommendations on evolving pharmaceutical cold-chain packaging regulations where CSafe operates — including EU PPWR, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes, PFAS restrictions, US state-level foam and plastics bans, and WHO packaging guidelines — and assess implications for CSafe's product portfolio and compliance obligations.
  • Support CSafe's Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting commitment.
  • Support site-level EcoVadis certification efforts and maintain certification status across global locations.
  • Maintain assurance-ready documentation and data traceability to support ESG ratings and rankings submissions (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
