As Sustainability Manager, you will support the Senior Manager, Agency Operations in driving and managing internal agency initiatives. The primary focus for this role will be leading the ISO 20121 implementation for the UK office, achieving and maintaining certification. This is a strong mid-level management role requiring a good understanding of the agency way of working, a solution-oriented mindset, and very process driven as well as a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading on the ISO 20121 implementation for the UK office, whilst providing support for the global parent-level role.
- Developing and maintaining UK documentation and policies, ensuring compliance with ESG best practice and ISO 20121.
- Leading and coordinating UK ISO 20121 audits, implementing and rolling out any recommendations.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on sustainability and ISO 20121.
- Delivering sustainability training to the UK team, building a culture of sustainability across the agency.
- Supporting the UK annual emissions reporting, providing information for global sustainability assessments (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP), and using TRACE to produce client sustainability reports.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders to align on best practices and global initiatives.
- Supporting the Senior Manager with other internal initiatives, including AI implementation, adoption and measurement.
- Becoming a point person for UK agency processes, systems and tools.

Your background, skills and experience
Essential:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate setting.
- Proven background in operations and driving internal initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Experience of working within a team managing ISO 20121, ISO 14001, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in sustainability business practices and reporting.
Desirable:
- Experience with TRACE or emissions reporting.
- Line management and training delivery experience.
