About the Role
Motherson is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Analyst to support the development and delivery of our ESG reporting and analytics framework. This role is responsible for transforming sustainability data into meaningful insights, supporting regulatory reporting requirements, and helping drive data-led sustainability decision making across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Quality and Engineering, you will contribute to the development of dashboards, scorecards and reports that support our sustainability strategy and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and analyse ESG and sustainability data from multiple business functions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards to support sustainability performance monitoring.
- Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reporting requirements, including CSRD readiness activities.
- Ensure data quality, governance and audit readiness across sustainability reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop meaningful sustainability insights.
- Assist in the enhancement of analytics processes through the use of digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Produce clear and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to sustainability data management and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics.
- Understanding of CSRD or other sustainability reporting requirements.
- Experience working with AI-assisted analytics tools.
- Degree or professional qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
