About the role
At PwC, working in Sustainability is an opportunity to build a purposeful career while helping clients respond to some of the most pressing reporting challenges of our time. This Senior Associate – Sustainability Reporting role sits in our ESG Reporting team, a market-leading practice with over 20 years of experience supporting organisations with sustainability transformation and reporting.
You will help deliver ESG Reporting engagements across a range of clients and sectors, working closely with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to produce high-quality outcomes while continuing to build your technical and consulting skills.
This role is ideal for someone with sustainability reporting, ESG consulting, assurance, finance transformation or related experience who wants to develop in a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

What your days will look like
- You will support client work that helps organisations understand, improve and implement their ESG reporting response.
- Support ESG reporting current-state assessments, maturity assessments and landscape reviews.
- Contribute to regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses and horizon scanning.
- Help deliver double materiality, materiality assessment and transformation workstreams.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, presentations and assurance readiness outputs.
This role is for you if
- You have experience in sustainability reporting, ESG consulting, assurance, reporting, finance transformation or a related field.
- You understand key ESG and sustainability reporting regulations, frameworks and standards such as CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, TCFD, SFDR and EU Taxonomy.
- You can conduct technical research and analysis on reporting requirements, standards and emerging regulations.
- You have strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities.
- You can deliver high-quality work within challenging timelines.
- You communicate clearly and build positive relationships with both client and internal stakeholders.
