Join Lenovo's Solutions Services Group (SSG) as an EMEA Sustainability Solution Designer
Where you will play a key role in shaping and developing innovative asset recovery and sustainability solutions that help customers maximize value from their IT assets while supporting circular economy objectives. Working closely with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across the region, you will design scalable, business-driven solutions, provide trusted advisory expertise, and drive sustainable technology lifecycle strategies. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager, EMEA Sustainability Solution Design and contribute to expanding Lenovo's sustainability services portfolio and customer success across EMEA.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Lenovo teams, vendors, and customers to assess business processes, IT environments, and asset recovery needs, providing expert recommendations and tailored solution designs.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable asset recovery architectures and solutions that align with business objectives and Lenovo service capabilities.
- Develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and supporting materials that help sales teams demonstrate benefits and secure new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, educating customers and internal stakeholders on asset recovery services, best practices, and available solutions.
- Review and challenge existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation to deliver the most effective and customer-centric outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance solution quality and expertise in asset recovery services.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology-driven services.
- Proven experience managing projects, product lifecycles, and customer and vendor contracts, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of electronic product end-of-life management, including asset disposition, recovery, refurbishment, recycling, or related lifecycle services.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies across multiple countries, regions, or global business environments.
- Solid background in vendor management and business governance, with the ability to build strong partnerships and oversee effective business management frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences and achieve desired business outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in solution development, contract creation and negotiation, business development, project management, services operations, or related areas; ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) experience is considered a strong advantage.
