🌱 Sustainability Specialist – Procurement & Scope 3

UK | Flexible / Remote / Hybrid | London

We’re looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our growing team and help some of the UK’s leading hospitality brands accelerate their journey to net zero.

With a particular focus on food, procurement and Scope 3, you’ll work with businesses across the sector to turn sustainability ambition into practical, measurable action.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Leading collaborative sustainability projects and industry working groups
  • Developing practical tools, guidance and best-practice resources
  • Working across procurement, supply chain and sustainability
  • Helping businesses and suppliers identify and deliver decarbonisation opportunities
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders, industry bodies and government
  • Sharing insight and helping shape the future of sustainable food and hospitality

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years’ sustainability experience, ideally from a background in procurement, sustainable sourcing, food, hospitality, supply chain or Scope 3. You’ll need strong project management and stakeholder skills, and be confident working with senior audiences.
