Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator
Location: Manchester, Salford office (Hybrid – 2/3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Travel: Flexibility to travel as required
Contract: Permanent - 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We're looking for an organised and proactive Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator to support our Sustainability & Workplace Culture leadership team.
This is a varied role where you'll help keep the function running smoothly through diary management, meeting and event coordination, travel planning, governance support and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with the Sustainability & Workplace Culture Director and senior leaders across Sustainability, Social Impact, Culture & Belonging, Health & Safety, Quality, Business Resilience and the Stop Hunger Foundation.
As Sustainability & Workplace Culture Team Coordinator, you will:
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries, ensuring seamless planning and delivery.
- Organise meetings, workshops, events and leadership activities, including preparation of agendas, materials and minutes.
- Track actions, maintain governance records and ensure commitments are monitored and delivered on time.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, communications and meeting documentation.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, charities and industry bodies.
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information professionally and in line with company policies.
- Support team communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance ways of working.
- Utilise Microsoft 365, Copilot and other approved digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve productivity.
- Provide flexible support across a diverse and fast-paced leadership team.

- Has strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.

- Has previous administration, coordination or support experience, which would be beneficial but is not essential.
