We're Hiring | Sustainable Funding Coordinator
Remote Working | £30,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an organised, proactive professional with experience in bids, tenders, contracts, funding, or stakeholder coordination? We're looking for a Sustainable Funding Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting funding initiatives, contract management and business growth across our Education, Residential and Supported Accommodation services.
Working closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, you'll help coordinate funding uplifts, support tender submissions, maintain contract and CRM data, liaise with Local Authorities, and ensure critical commercial processes run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting bid and tender opportunities from identification through to submission
- Coordinating Local Authority funding uplift processes
- Managing contract records and maintaining Salesforce data integrity
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring procurement opportunities and supporting growth initiatives
- Producing reports, trackers and commercial documentation
- Supporting key projects that contribute to the organisation's long-term sustainability
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience within bids, contracts, procurement, funding or commercial support is advantageous
- Salesforce experience is desirable
