Sustaining Engineering Manager
Clevedon - Hybrid - 3 days in a week onsite
up to £82K per annum
A Sustaining Engineering Manager is needed to work with a globally established engineering organisation delivering advanced technologies for highly specialised industrial applications. The organisation has a strong international presence, with teams focused on engineering, innovation, manufacturing and customer support.
You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team, managing priorities, workload, capacity and resourcing across multiple product lines. Also, you will own post-launch product support, including issue resolution, design changes, root cause analysis and lifecycle management.

Skills:
- Engineering or Science degree.
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Previous experience leading or managing engineering teams.
- Experience supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong advantage if you are from; Thermal management systems or Heating or cooling equipment, semiconductor industry or Chemical processing environments or Industrial equipment manufacturing.
