As a Suzuki Sales Executive at our Mallusk site, you’ll guide Retail and Motability customers through the vehicle purchase journey, from initial enquiry to final handover. You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand individual needs and provide suitable vehicle and finance solutions, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.
About The Role
You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets, securing repeat business and building strong, lasting relationships with both Retail and Motability customers.
Some Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Achieving personal and team sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and solutions
- Providing clear and professional advice on available finance and insurance products
- Supporting Retail and Motability customers throughout the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records in line with company procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to support the overall performance of the dealership
Skills And Competencies Required:
- Previous automotive experience.
- A full valid driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Positive, confident, determined approach
- Driven to meet targets
- Time management skills
- Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential

Required Criteria
- Driven to meet targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in a similar Sales role
Desired Criteria
- Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in a Sales role in the Automotive Industry
