Your Opportunity

We seek a visionary and transformative Sales Leader to spearhead our EMEA sales strategy. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and presents a unique opportunity to redefine the Strategic and Enterprise sales landscape in one of our most vibrant and strategic regions. As SVP, Go To Market, EMEA, you will be at the forefront of driving substantial revenue growth, establishing strong strategic partnerships with top-tier customers, and cultivating a culture of excellence and empowerment within your team.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass leading all facets of the sales organization across all EMEA. You will focus on revenue and customer growth, recruiting and nurturing a diverse team, and implementing scalable value-based sales motions to serve New Relic's clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional experience in driving SaaS product adoption and sales growth, particularly within enterprise accounts exceeding 1,000 employees, and a profound understanding of selling cloud-based solutions through consumption models.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and implement an EMEA sales strategy that aligns with New Relic’s brand and ambitious revenue objectives.
  • Establish and maintain top-level executive relationships with strategic accounts (including CIO, CTO, and other key CXO), driving new opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed regional sales goals quarter over quarter, focusing on increasing consumption among existing customers and acquiring new business.
  • Develop, execute, and lead cross-functional strategies to optimize revenue, consumption, and adoption.
  • Motivate a solid cadence of driving forecast accuracy.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team to drive sustainable growth.
  • Coach VP leaders and Front Line Managers, enhancing executive engagement and sales capabilities, while improving scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across the sales team.
  • Instill a robust operational rhythm implementing consistent MEDDPPIC and CoM methodologies.

This Role Requires

  • Extensive experience as a sales leader within the enterprise software, B2B SaaS, cloud, or observability industry, with a substantial portion spent leading multi-country teams within the EMEA region.
  • A proven track record of sequencing expansion across distinct regions. Understanding of localized compliance, buying cultures, and language dependencies.
  • Partner closely with Customer Advocacy Leaders (SC, SAs, TSMs) to ensure seamless pre-to-post-sales execution and post-onboarding consumption expansion.
  • Proven ability to scale complex sales organizations, drive organizational transformation, and consistently meet or exceed high-growth revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading, inspiring, and managing change in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Proficiency in developing sales forecasting mechanisms to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • High integrity, accountability, and results-driven focus. Must be inspiring, motivating, capable of building trusted relationships, and a strong negotiator capable of finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Direct experience in the Observability industry
  • MBA
