We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) level leader to serve as the Head of Product, Proposition, & GTM for Wealth AI driving our product proposition and global go-to-market strategy for our suite of artificial intelligence solutions tailored to the wealth management sector.

In this role, you will lead the global expansion of our AI solution line—built around 45+ specialized AI agents—expanding it into a standalone, multi-million-dollar global business. You will own product proposition and market positioning globally while serving as a strategic advisor to enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Proposition & GTM: Build and lead the global product proposition, commercial strategy, and go-to-market expansion for PF Wealth (Wealth AI).
- Global Account Leadership: Manage client engagements and pipeline growth across key markets, including Canada, the US, UK, Middle East, India, Europe, and APAC.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as an executive advisor to flagship accounts on their AI transformation journey.
- JV Alignment & IP Strategy: Work closely with our UK Joint Venture (JV), leveraging IP built for the JV to sell globally outside the UK, and bringing global innovations back to the UK market.
- Delivery & Execution Partnership: Partner closely with dedicated delivery leadership (who manages operational success and JV delivery execution) to ensure smooth rollout across accounts.
Domain & Technical Expertise
- Wealth Domain Mastery: Deep domain knowledge across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets workflows.
- AI & FinTech Acumen: Practical exposure to enterprise AI applications, Generative AI capabilities, intelligent automation, and LLM implementations within financial services.
- Competitive Ecosystem Awareness: Strong understanding of modern WealthTech platforms and CRM environments.

Key Requirements & Leadership Profile
- Seniority: Proven Senior Vice President (SVP) level track record in financial technology, wealth management software, or banking technology leadership.
- Domain vs. AI Balance: Ideal candidates will possess deep domain expertise in wealth/asset management with solid AI exposure, OR be a proven AI practice leader coming from a major WealthTech/asset management provider.
- Mindset: An innovative, forward-thinking, non-orthodox leader capable of translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear commercial value for Wealth Management clients.
