About airSlate

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.

At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Today, in the age of AI, we are moving our products upmarket and innovating with new outcome-oriented AI-first products for SMBs and midmarket. We need to more intentionally connect with our ICPs, create demand and sharpen our solution positioning, as opposed to just scooping up existing demand. This new marketing muscle needs to infuse both our digital and sales assist motion across our entire portfolio of products.

About the Marketing Team

The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 130 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million.

About the Role

As a SVP of Marketing, you'll own our entire marketing organization, serving all 4 BUs headed by their GMs, as well as the sales team. You'll inherit our center of excellence around SEM, SEO, affiliates and more generally digital performance marketing. You'll build everything else that is still missing around the small teams that have started exploring those functional areas: campaign and content strategy and creation, b2b demand generation, proper email execution, etc. You'll also steer our marketing in the new age of GAO, and together with our VP of Engineering and data teams you'll decide how to complete our martech infrastructure for the new needs, and build the new instrumentation and marketing analytics required.

What you will be working on:

  • Continue to drive digital marketing performance, expanding from search to under-used channels — display, social, video, community, and more. Optimize our $50M+ marketing budget to improve overall ROI across all products in terms of CAC/LTV.
  • Build proper multichannel campaigns with supporting assets that convey the value of our products to our ICPs, rather than optimizing each channel in isolation on bottom-of-funnel metrics alone. You'll partner closely with each BU's product marketing managers to sharpen and bring their positioning to life in these campaigns.
  • Build and scale a real B2B demand-gen engine — lead gen, scoring, and routing — in partnership with sales, growing the small team already exploring this area today.
  • Raise the bar on content strategy and execution across every surface and channel, including web.
  • Build our martech stack in partnership with our VP of Engineering, making build-vs-buy calls that reserve first-party engineering capacity for our most uniquely proprietary needs.
  • Build the data instrumentation, reporting, and dashboards our new marketing campaigns and channels require, in partnership with the data team.
  • Act as a trusted partner to our GMs on GTM strategy, especially positioning, competitive differentiation, and ICP definition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are:

  • A seasoned marketing executive with 15–20 years of experience in SaaS.
  • A proven track record straddling self-serve digital execution and scaled, sales-assisted motion with large SMB/mid-market accounts (this role is not enterprise field marketing). Direct experience building and scaling B2B demand gen — lead gen, scoring, routing — in close partnership with sales is critical.
  • Hands-on: a "do it yourself until you delegate" builder. We expect the leader to develop much of this new muscle themselves, scrappily and with skinny teams, before scaling it.
  • AI-first, culturally — in how we work, the martech tools we use, and new AI-driven channels we can leverage, like GAO.
  • Strong cross-functional operator, comfortable working closely with sales and business units across a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Balanced strengths across execution and strategy, with a proven edge in positioning-led demand creation.
  • Fast, decisive, and willing to test and fail — while staying humble and low-ego. Comfortable with ambiguity, since you'll inherit a team that's still only half built out.

Nice to have:

  • Affinity for SMBs, especially micro and small businesses.
  • Prior exposure to the document space is a plus.

Why this and not somewhere else

Startup speed, will, and ownership — backed by a company with 100M+ users. You'll shape a new team and its success from near-scratch, with direct, indisputable business impact right as the company shifts to AI, and GM-level influence on GTM and positioning without full C-level bureaucracy.
