Talentedge is delighted to be partnering with a global Media/Advertising/Broadcasting organisation undergoing an exciting transformation across data, technology, analytics and product.

We are seeking an experienced SVP - Product Enablement to establish and lead a new UK-focused product enablement function, bringing global technology products to life for local clients, translating business needs into product strategy, and driving adoption, commercial value and client impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Backgrounds of interest:

Relevant experience may come from large technology businesses, broadcasters, streaming organisations, data-driven businesses, martech, adtech or platform-led environments. We would be particularly interested in people who have worked in organisations such as streaming or media platforms, major technology businesses, DSPs, SSPs or other sophisticated product and data ecosystems.

The formal title is less important than the substance of your experience. We would welcome applications from Head of Product, Product Director, VP Product, Head of Product Strategy, Head of Product Commercialisation, Head of Product Enablement, CPO-level or equivalent leaders.

This is not a traditional engineering leadership role. It is an opportunity for a product-led, commercially aware technology leader who can connect strategy, capability, clients and execution.
