Our Company

The Company has built substantial drug discovery expertise and an industrialised platform that can drive new innovative small molecule compounds into the clinic. In addition, Evotec has built a deep internal knowledge base in the treatment of diseases related to neuroscience, pain, oncology, inflammation, and metabolic diseases. Leveraging these skills and expertise, the Company intends to develop best-in-class differentiated therapeutics and deliver superior science-driven discovery alliances with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

  • Design complex, multi-asset, and platform-based alliances including risk-share and co-development models
  • Structure IP, governance, economics, and milestone frameworks to optimize long-term portfolio value
  • Exit or restructure partnerships when strategic value no longer aligns
  • Conduct systematic market scanning to identify emerging science, technology inflection points, and capital flows
  • Anticipate future innovation clusters and shape participation in these ecosystems
  • Build regional and global partnership strategies aligned with Evotec’s long-term growth agenda
  • Lead negotiations with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
  • Translate scientific and translational strategy into commercially viable deal structures
  • Balance risk, capital exposure, and resource allocation across a diversified partnership portfolio
  • Align scientific, legal, finance, and operational functions from concept to contract and into launch
  • Establish governance models that enable effective decision-making and execution
  • Drive internal alignment across geographies and therapeutic areas
  • Articulate strategic rationale and long-term value creation to executive committees and external partners
  • Position partnerships within the broader portfolio strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
