Responsibilities

  • Swedish or Norwegian Speaking Research and Business Support Assistant

  • Location: Wilmslow – South of Manchester

  • Salary: £28,500 per annum

Main duties: A varied role combining research, relationship-building and client support while identifying new opportunities for clients

The Role

  • Carry out online research into different markets, organisations and industries
  • Gather relevant information and identify potential opportunities for clients
  • Research companies, organisations and key contacts
  • Reach out to contacts by email and telephone to gather information and develop relationships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system
  • Support the account team with research projects and day-to-day client communication and tasks
  • Help prepare information for client meetings, reports and presentations
  • Manage follow-ups and multiple priorities while working closely with the wider account team

Candidate's Profile

  • Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (written and spoken ) essential
  • Previous experience in market research, research and/or lead generation ideal
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, events or business administration would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong online research and information-gathering skills
  • Confident and professional communicator
  • Proactive and reliable with the ability to manage priorities, work independently and contribute positively as part of a small team
  • IT Literate
  • Opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business as your experience grows
