We’re looking for a Swedish speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
We’re inviting passionate individuals to join our London team and be part of something truly global.
- Salary: £29,000 per annum
- Location: Croydon
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 – 4.30pm

Responsibilities:
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
- Fluency in Swedish plus excellent English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish a great advantage.
- Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
- Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
