About Swimbrite

Swimbrite is an independent swim school providing high-quality swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults across Yorkshire. We are passionate about building confidence, water safety, and a lifelong love of swimming.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Swim Instructors to join our team in Leeds.

You’ll deliver fun, engaging swimming lessons across a range of ages and abilities, helping swimmers develop their skills, confidence, and water safety awareness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, structured swimming lessons
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
  • Supervise swimmers and follow all safety procedures
  • Set up and pack away equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Swimbrite team

What We’re Looking For

  • STA or Swim England qualified
  • Strong swimming and water safety knowledge
  • Experience teaching children, babies, and/or adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, patient, and encouraging approach
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Lifeguard qualification is desirable
  • Previous experience working with children and families is advantageous
