About Swimbrite
Swimbrite is an independent swim school providing high-quality swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults across Yorkshire. We are passionate about building confidence, water safety, and a lifelong love of swimming.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Swim Instructors to join our team in Leeds.
You’ll deliver fun, engaging swimming lessons across a range of ages and abilities, helping swimmers develop their skills, confidence, and water safety awareness.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, structured swimming lessons
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
- Supervise swimmers and follow all safety procedures
- Set up and pack away equipment
- Work collaboratively with the wider Swimbrite team
What We’re Looking For
- STA or Swim England qualified
- Strong swimming and water safety knowledge
- Experience teaching children, babies, and/or adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient, and encouraging approach
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Lifeguard qualification is desirable
- Previous experience working with children and families is advantageous
