About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming Pool Commissioning & Aftercare Engineer to join our growing technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with a strong servicing background who is passionate about delivering high-quality commissioning and customer service across a diverse range of commercial and luxury residential swimming pool projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring newly completed pool installations are commissioned to the highest standards, systems operate efficiently, and clients receive ongoing aftercare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission swimming pool filtration, heating and water treatment systems.
- Set up and optimise dosing equipment, chemical control systems and associated plant.
- Carry out fault finding, testing and performance monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Technical support to clients and Aqua Platinum team members
- Diagnose and rectify equipment and operational issues.
- Deliver operator training and handover demonstrations to customers.
- Produce commissioning reports, documentation and site records.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety requirements and industry standards.

Requirements
Essential
- Experience within the swimming pool industry
- Good understanding of commercial and/or residential swimming pool plant equipment.
- Knowledge of filtration, circulation, chemical dosing and water treatment systems.
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home when required.
