Buckingham Pools is looking for a motivated and technically minded Swimming Pool Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer from a plumbing, heating or electrical background to develop specialist skills within the swimming pool and wellness industry.
Working as part of our existing engineering team, the role will involve plant room installations, fault finding, equipment repairs and replacement, as well as assisting with new pool builds and refurbishments. You’ll work across a variety of projects, developing your knowledge and experience within a specialist and technically driven industry.

About you
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident working independently and as part of a team, and has the initiative to find solutions and get the job done.
Candidates should have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification and/or a heating or electrical engineering background. Previous swimming pool experience is desirable but not essential. What matters is a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for developing within the industry.
Development & Training
We’re committed to developing our engineers and providing the training needed to build your knowledge and progress within the role. In-house development will include training and courses such as IOSH, Pool Plant Operators, CSCS, SSSTS, health and safety training, PASMA and Face Fit.
