Make a Splash – Join Our Cofton Family as a Cover Swim Teacher!

At Cofton Holidays, we believe swimming lessons should be more than just teaching strokes – they should build confidence, inspire fun, and create memories. We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and qualified Swimming Teacher to bring our pool to life.

You’ll be part of our close-knit Cofton Family, working in a supportive, professional environment with fantastic facilities. If you love seeing swimmers of all ages grow in confidence and skill, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 lessons for children and adults
  • Make lessons fun, structured, and tailored to each swimmer’s needs
  • Use the Swim England Learn to Swim (LTS) framework
  • Share your expertise in technical strokes, skills, and drills
  • Create a welcoming, positive experience for swimmers and their families
  • Occasionally lead small group lessons on Saturdays and during school holidays

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
