Swimming Teacher – Leisure Solutions Community Trust
Location: The Weald Sports Centre, TN17 2PN
Working Arrangement
- Hours: Various part-time options (Monday to Sunday)
- Salary: £19–£20 per hour + excellent benefits

About the Role
At Serco, on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust, we empower active, healthy lifestyles through accessible sports and leisure facilities. This vibrant organisation seeks Swimming Teachers to deliver fun, engaging lessons using the Swim England learn to swim framework.
Our dedicated team fosters confidence in every swimmer, from beginners to competitive athletes. As a teacher, you’ll:

Person Specification
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional customer service skills—adaptable to diverse age groups and backgrounds
- Commitment to teaching effectively while fostering motivation and confidence
Qualifications
- Essential: STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (formerly ASA) Level 2
- Desirable but not mandatory:
- Valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers (funded training available)
- Mandatory: Ability to undergo a DBS (DBS) check
