  • Planning and delivering swimming lessons aligned with the Swim England National Plan, for swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Overseeing the structure, attainment, and progress of swimmers in your sessions
  • Tracking progress, and liaising with parents on everything from development milestones to individual support and SEND conversations
  • Helping with set-up and pack-down, and contributing to a safe pool environment alongside the wider Operations team
  • Attending staff training roughly every two months, and attending your own regular training from the aquatics team
  • Ensure compliance to existing GDPR policy and procedure designed to ensure security of data held on users.
  • Promote the use of the parental access (Home Portal) with all parents/ guardians.

  • Punctual and able to work using own initiative.
  • Confidence using tablet-based assessment technology.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and the Swim England assessment criteria.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to use your own initiative.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
