In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training to become proficient in the intricacies of the Royal Navy's Trident Strategic Weapon System. As part of our esteemed instructor team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of defence experts, fostering a culture of excellence and precision in technical training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our seasoned instructor team to deliver top-notch technical training aligned with the statement of training requirement.
  • Inspire and mentor trainees with infectious enthusiasm, ensuring the highest standards of training excellence are upheld.
  • Provide hands-on support for both practical and theoretical training sessions, catering to the needs of both the Royal Navy and our industry partners at the Trident Training Facility.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of training documentation under the guidance of the Training Delivery Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Embrace shift work as necessary to support the Royal Navy's Training and Trident Enterprise Support Trainer Programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved documentation, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards to uphold the integrity of the Trident Program and meet company requirements.

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional delivery, with a track record of engaging and effective teaching methodologies.
