Are you an experienced professional with a background in syndicate accounting, reporting, and Lloyd's regulations? We are seeking a knowledgeable Contract Syndicate Accounting & Reporting Manager to join a forward-thinking insurer based in London, with the option for hybrid working.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the full ledger control process
- Contribute to financial reporting for syndicates (submitting Lloyd's regulatory returns)
- Support ongoing projects like IFRS 17 implementation
- Collaborate closely with various departments
- Manage a team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvements across the finance function

Key Requirements:
- Significant experience within Lloyd's syndicate accounting and reporting environments
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd's reporting requirements and regulatory submissions
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or demonstrable relevant experience
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- Proficiency in accounting ledgers, reporting tools, and data analysis applications
