Syndicate Management Support Role

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Syndicate Operations Analyst to join our team. This role centres on supporting key operational and administrative tasks within syndicate management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in responding to ad hoc requests, liaising with external partners, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to ad hoc requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison on Lloyd’s returns, managing communications and coordination seamlessly.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders in each function, ensuring expectations are effectively communicated and managed.
  • Support day-to-day syndicate management operations, keeping initiatives on track and delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to facilitate smooth processes and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, tasks, and processes within the team's operational framework.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an insurance environment is highly desirable.
