Systems Administrator | Remote (UK) | Permanent
Are you an experienced Systems Administrator looking to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in supporting and developing a modern Microsoft focused IT environment? We are seeking a proactive IT professional to help maintain, secure, and enhance business-critical infrastructure while providing advanced technical support across the organisation.
The Role
You'll work closely with senior IT leadership to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, security platforms, and core business systems. This is a varied position combining systems administration, infrastructure support, user support, security, and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, devices, applications, and infrastructure.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
- Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Entra ID environments.
- Support IT security, compliance, GDPR, and information governance initiatives.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT services, systems, and user experience.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a Systems Administrator role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and related technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Security & Compliance.
- Previous experience providing 2nd/3rd line support.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) desirable
