🚨 Contract Opportunity – System Administration Support Officer | Planning & Place System Migration 📍 Kensington – Onsite 2/3 days per week 📅 12-month contract 💷 £40.10 per hour Umbrella

📌 Inside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced System Administration Support Officer to support a major Planning & Place system migration from Acolaid to Idox Uniform.

The successful candidate will support system configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, user administration, workflows, templates, integrations and go-live activities, working closely with Planning, Building Control, Land Charges, IT, the project team and Idox.

🔑 Essential experience:

  • Previous experience of Idox Uniform
  • Previous experience of Acolaid
  • Administration/support of complex business or case-management systems
  • System configuration, user administration or application support
  • Experience supporting a system implementation, upgrade or migration
  • Strong understanding of data migration, testing and UAT

🏛️ Experience within Local Authority Planning, Building Control, Land Charges or regulatory services would be highly desirable.
