System Administrator at Sizewell C
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a System Administrator at Sizewell C.
The System Administrator provides day-to-day administration and operational support for the digital systems used across the Sizewell C Lead Logistics Partner service. Acting as the practical link between Digital and operational users, the role supports Fulcrum, Blue Yonder WMS, the Control Tower and approved interfaces. The post holder administrates users, access, configuration and operational data, resolves user issues, supports testing and training, and helps ensure logistics and material movements can be recorded, controlled and reported accurately.

What Do We Need From You
- Experience administering or supporting business, logistics, warehouse, transport or delivery-management systems.
- Good understanding of user access, permissions, workflow configuration, operational reference data and master-data controls.
- Structured approach to first-line support, incident triage, problem investigation, escalation and action tracking.
- Strong data accuracy, record-keeping and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data-quality issues.
- Ability to follow controlled change, release, testing, information-security and data-protection processes.
- Confident user support and communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Working knowledge of reporting, data extraction and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while protecting service priorities, operational controls and agreed escalation routes.
- Experience supporting interfaces between systems, system testing or operational mobilisation is desirable.
- Understanding of warehouse, material-control, delivery-booking or transport processes is advantageous.
- Relevant systems, IT, data or application-support qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all working and management levels.
- CITB HS&E Operatives – must be obtained before the start date.

Desirable
- A recognised IT service-management, application-support or data qualification.
- Experience supporting logistics systems in a regulated, construction, infrastructure or major-project environment.
- A working knowledge of:
- Warehouse Management Systems and inventory-control processes, including Blue Yonder or comparable platforms
- Delivery Management Systems, booking and movement workflows, including Fulcrum or comparable platforms
- Control Tower reporting, operational analytics, master data and system interfaces
- ITIL principles, access management, change control and information security
Site Specific Information
The role requires regular presence at B430 - Sizewell C, Orwell Logistics Park and associated LLP locations.
- You must be able to travel between project locations as required to support programme delivery.
- You must be able to satisfy the required Sizewell C vetting, security and site access processes.
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for vetting process in line with SZC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the SZC pass.
