System Administrator Wilson James HPC
Permanent

Fulcrum Responsibilities
- Monitor the Fulcrum Support mailbox and reply to all correspondence.
- Maintain the fulcrum software on behalf of Wilson James
- Responsible for delivering the Wilson James HPC help desk
- Deliver 'up-time' KPIs for systems on behalf of Wilson James.
- Ensure system training is updated and relevant to all users. This includes the maintenance of training material.
- Ensure system software developments are delivered in controlled manner through correct business change procedures.
- Ensure system continuous improvement plan is drafted and delivered to support the operational CI plan.
- Comfortable managing 3rd party operatives, collaborative with construction partners at all levels.
- Ensure Wilson James cyber security protocols are maintained in line with current policy.
- Compile accurate daily reports and forward to relevant departments and contractors.
- Attend daily meetings as allocated by management
- Follow the escalation process when required
- Ensure all records are updated
- Undertake any other work as directed by the Scheduling Manager or Team Leader

Stakeholder Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Represent Wilson James in client meetings, or arrange attendance.
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure proactive communication between all parties to provide required level of service
Other Responsibilities
- To ensure all documentation is stored in line with correct procedures and requirements
- Attend contractor, internal and NNB meetings relevant to the job role.
- Ensure Wilson James cyber security protocols are maintained in line with current policy.

Qualifications:
Essential
- CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date)
Desirable
- First Aid at work
- CSCS Card
- Manual handling
- Driving Licence
- Site Specific Information
Experience:
Essential
- Digital tools (TMS/DMS) and reporting experience.
- ServiceNow/Talk too experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport, fostering strong internal and external relationships
- Strong IT skills, particularly with scheduling software and logistics systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to maintain a structured routine
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Awareness of equality and diversity principles in a workplace setting
- Self-motivated, capable of quickly understanding new processes with minimal support
- Experience in radio communications for operational coordination
Desirable
- Software development.
- Previous experience using scheduling systems or similar software
- Power BI dashboards
