About The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled System Analyst to join Certitude’s IT team in Balham. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for our internal teams and stakeholders. As a System Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between technical support and end-users, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring swift resolution of IT issues. Your expertise will help optimize our digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, cloud services, and SaaS platforms, thereby enabling our staff to deliver their vital services efficiently. The role involves supporting security operations, monitoring system anomalies, and facilitating smooth communication across technical teams, all while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
To succeed as a System Analyst at Certitude, candidates should possess practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and identity management. A solid grasp of supporting business processes through technology is essential, along with the ability to develop clear support documentation and guidance for end-users. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital to effectively liaise with colleagues at all levels. Candidates should have a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience supporting SaaS platforms, cloud-hosted applications, and familiarity with security operations are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Support and monitor digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and cloud-hosted applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Assist in managing Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, security baselines, and application deployment, ensuring all devices adhere to organizational standards.
- Support security operations by monitoring, investigating, and reporting anomalies related to identities, devices, and access points, contributing to a secure IT environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and support teams, resolving common technical issues promptly or escalating complex problems to Digital Workplace Engineers (DWEs) and Security Engineers as needed.
- Ensure accurate logging and management of incidents, service requests, and change management activities via JIRA Service Management, maintaining comprehensive records for audit and review purposes.
- Develop and curate support documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate self-service and improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, upgrades, and system improvements aligned with organizational goals.
