Procurement Systems Analyst
Procurement Systems Analyst required for a major UK organisation, offering Hybrid Working, paying up to £52,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Working Pattern:
- 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
- The role can be based from Manchester, the East Midlands or Stansted
We're looking for an experienced Procurement Systems Analyst with strong SAP Ariba Upstream experience to join a well-established Procurement Systems team supporting a large, complex organisation, with large on-going transformations - this is a role that will always keep you engaged / busy.
Role Overview:
As Procurement Systems Analyst, you'll be a subject matter expert for the organisation's SAP Ariba Upstream environment. You'll ensure the Procurement function gets the very best from the platform whilst supporting continuous improvement across sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
- Join a small, collaborative team where your expertise will genuinely make a difference from day one.
- Act as the go-to person for SAP Ariba Upstream, supporting the Procurement team across sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle, and performance, as well as the wider tendering and purchasing process.
- Configure the platform, create templates, forms, and workflows, support new users, troubleshoot issues, and continually improve how the system supports the business.
- Work between Procurement and Technology, taking business requirements from Procurement, translating them into technical solutions, and explaining technical concepts in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.

- SAP Ariba Upstream
- Source to Contract (S2C)
- SAP Ariba Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Configuration, administration, and templating within SAP Ariba
- Supporting users and acting as a system SME
- Working closely with Procurement stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
