An exciting opportunity to join Certitude as a System Analyst as we continue to grow.
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours

About The Role
The Systems Analyst is a key member of the IT and Security Operations Team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maximising First Contact Resolution (FCR) across all IT and security-related support requests. Acting as the primary point of contact for colleagues, the role ensures incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently or triaged appropriately to the Digital Workplace Engineers (DWEs) and Security Engineer, maintaining high service standards and minimising disruption to business operations.
Duties Will Include
- Support and monitor digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and cloud‑hosted applications
- Support Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, security baselines, and application deployment
- Support security operations by monitoring, investigating, and reporting anomalies related to identities, devices, and access
- Act as First Contact Resolution and escalation for complex technical issues raised by colleagues or service desk engineers
- Ensure all incidents, service requests, and changes are accurately logged and managed via JIRA Service Management

About You
To be a System Analyst at Certitude, the following are essential:
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
- Ability to understand and support business processes through technology
- Ability to develop and curate support and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people
