About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Verisk Rulebook configuration and customization to support P&C Insurance underwriting transformation, rule-driven automation, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Verisk Rulebook for underwriting rules, eligibility criteria, and rating logic.
- Translate underwriting guidelines and business requirements into rule configurations.
- Maintain and enhance rule sets based on product updates and regulatory changes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and support solution implementation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and underwriting workflow optimization.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, IT, and Development teams.
- Support UAT, rule testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure rule outcomes align with business requirements and expected underwriting logic.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong P&C Insurance domain experience
- Hands-on Verisk Rulebook experience
