About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Verisk Rulebook configuration and customization to support P&C Insurance underwriting transformation, rule-driven automation, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Verisk Rulebook for underwriting rules, eligibility criteria, and rating logic.
  • Translate underwriting guidelines and business requirements into rule configurations.
  • Maintain and enhance rule sets based on product updates and regulatory changes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis and support solution implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and underwriting workflow optimization.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, IT, and Development teams.
  • Support UAT, rule testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Ensure rule outcomes align with business requirements and expected underwriting logic.
