It is an exciting time to join us at Ealing Council. As London's third most populous borough and one of the most diverse communities in the country, we are committed to improving residents' lives, tackling inequalities, creating good jobs and addressing climate change through our Council Plan 2026-2030. About The Role

Working closely with the Operational Data Lead, Senior Performance Analyst and senior managers across the Directorate, you will provide high-quality analysis, performance reporting and business intelligence that supports strategic decision-making and service improvement. You will help develop an evidence-led culture, ensuring managers have timely and accurate information to understand performance, manage demand and improve outcomes for residents.

You will also support the development of dashboards and visualisation tools, lead on key statutory returns and surveys, promote data quality across services, and contribute to the implementation of technology and transformation initiatives within Adult Social Care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and business intelligence products.
  • Providing benchmarking and performance information to support service improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Working with managers to improve the use of data and insight across Adult Social Care.
  • Leading on national surveys, ensuring accurate returns and compliance with submission deadlines.
  • Supporting statutory data submissions to NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care and other government departments.
  • Promoting data quality, identifying issues and delivering training and guidance where required.
  • Supporting Freedom of Information requests, equalities monitoring and data governance requirements.
  • Contributing to service improvement and transformation programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
